TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Nicola Burgess Makeup ABN: 49121190457 to you. Upon booking a makeup application with Nicola Burgess Makeup and its sub-contracractors or affiliates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions

Deposits
Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. By booking Nicola Burgess Makeup, you agree to this. 

Please keep in mind your deposit is non-refundable.
Please also note that deposits are not transferrable to future bookings if one wishes to cancel an appointment.

There is a minimum 24 hours cancellation period for each appointment, if you can not make your appointment please advise me as soon as possible. If you do not advise me 24 hours prior to your booking you will be charged in full for your unattended appointment.

ADDITIONAL FEE'S
There will be an additional fee on top of your original booking, if choosing to use Nicola Burgess Makeup services on Sundays & Public Holidays. By booking Nicola Burgess Makeup, you agree to this additional fee.

TRAVEL

Travel Fee is applicable when traveling outside of the Brond salon, a quote can be provided upon your request.

PARKING

In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted, for example hotel parking and meter parking.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Nicola Burgess Makeup reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes

ALLERGIES/HEALTH/SENSITIVITES:

It is required to notify Nicola Burgess Makeup, prior to any scheduled appointments or trials, of any information relevant to allergies, health conditions, sicknesses/infections, skin conditions, medical and/or sensitivity issues. 

This is to guarantee that any reactions are prevented.
Please note that any contagious sicknesses/infections i.e - conjunctivitis, cold sores, rashes, warts or the flu - makeup services can not and will not be performed under any circumstances with these conditions.

As it is the clients responsibility to notify Nicola Burgess Makeup about any sensitivities, illnesses or allergies, Nicola Burgess Makeup will not fall responsible for any reactions that in the unlikely event may possibly occur.

In no event will Nicola Burgess Makeup have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised for example: sensitive skin, sensitive eyes, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea etc.
